研究工作方向与内容:
1) 植物抗逆细胞分子机制与调控:进行小麦、水稻等大作物抗旱、抗盐及抗高低温等的细胞分子机制、信号调控、以及抗逆相关特异性状基因的精细定位与克隆研究。主要围绕ROS信号途径及其调控关键基因家族如NOX、NADK、RLK、HOX等开展研究,以抗逆相关重要基因的克隆、表达分析、分子操纵、突变体创制等为切入点,采用正向或反向遗传学的手段,进行不同逆境条件下作物耐逆性、基因功能及逆境信号调控研究。
2) 农业生物安全与环境修复:进行作物转基因生物安全及环境污染修复等方面的基础与应用化研究。主要围绕重金属富集机制研究,创制重金属超富集转基因工程植物,开展相关应用化研究。
