个人简介

研究方向一:天然活性成分的包埋递送、代谢与功能研究
研究方向二:功能性食品开发、果蔬新产品开发。
主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金1项、陕西省自然科学基础研究计划1项、西安市科技计划项目1项、中国博士后基金面上项目1项、陕西省教育厅专项科研计划1项、西北大学科研基金1项,横向项目5项,同时参与国家自然基金面上项目3项,其他省部级课题多项。近5年来发表各类论文10余篇,授权专利2件。陕西省科技特派员,与多家食品企业保持长期合作关系。先后承担《食品物性学》、《果蔬贮藏与加工》、《食品试验设计与统计分析》等课程的教学与实验任务;指导国家级大学生创新创业训练项目2项、校级项目3项,互联网+项目2项,指导陕西省首届营养食品创新创意大赛1项(一等奖);参编十三五规划教材1部,承担教学项目2项,发表教改论文3篇,获校级讲课比赛三等奖1项、院级一等奖1项。
