工作经历 Work Experience

杨坤德,男,汉族,博士学位。1974年出生,西北工业大学教授、博士生导师。1996年作为优秀本科毕业生留校,分别于1996年和1999年保送攻读硕士与博士,2003年获得博士学位。2005年破格晋升为副教授,2006年2月至2007年2月,受国家留学基金资助,在加拿大维多利亚大学做访问****,2009年破格晋升为教授,2011年聘为水声工博士生导师。担任国家重大专项航次技术首席7次。兼任国家某重大型号和重大专项专家组成员、军科委某专业组专家、某基础加强重点项目专家组组长、国家级重点实验室学术委员、中国声学学会教育分会副主任、中国造船工程学会青年工作委员会副主任、《中国海洋平台》与《船舶工程》杂志编委副主任、PRUAC2009国际水声会议组委委员、SW2009 / PRUAC2013 / OCEANS2014等国际会议专题主席、JASA / JSV / Applied Acoustics / IEEE汇刊 等国际期刊特约审稿人。
现任“海洋声学信息感知”工信部重点实验室主任、“水下信息与控制”国家级重点实验室副主任、航海学院科研副院长。

先后主持国家自然基金4项、“探索一代”重大创新1项、国家重大专项课题8项、预研重大项目和重点项目各1项、973子专题1项等项目30余项。参加海上实验20余次,担任国家重大专项海洋声学调查航次技术首席7次。作为第2负责人承担国家重大创新项目及其成果转化应用重大项目各1项。主要包括:
1、国家自然科学基金
(1)作为项目负责人,承担国家自然科学基金1项,非均匀大面积海域的蒸发波导监测与反演方法,批准号**,研究期限2021 年1月-2024 年12月。
(2)作为项目负责人,完成国家自然科学基金1 项,基于小尺度拖线阵的高速运动声源稳健定位方法,批准号**,研究期限2012 年1 月-2015 年12 月。
(3)作为项目负责人,完成国家自然科学基金面上项目1 项,基于拖曳线列阵的海底参数高分辨反演方法,批准号**,研究期限2008 年1 月-2010年12 月。
(4)作为项目负责人,完成国家自然科学基金青年基金1 项,复杂条件下的匹配场处理新技术,批准号**,研究期限2004 年1 月-2006 年12 月。
