杨改强,1982年9月生,山西忻州人,博士,教授。
1999/09-2004/07兰州交通大学,环境与市政工程学院,学士;
2003/09-2006/06兰州交通大学,环境与市政工程学院,硕士;
2012/09-2016/06中国农业大学,水利与土木工程学院,博士;
2006/6-至今太原科技大学,环境与安全学院,环境科学
主要研究方向:水资源优化配置。
主讲课程:环境规划学、环境工程设计基础、水污染控制工程。
