二、项目内容(Content )

2017年-2021年，我校欲招收临床医学专业（双语授课）来华留学本科生，每年招生人数不少于60人，入学时间为每年9月-10月。

SXMU plans to recruit International

students major in MBBS (Bilingual Teaching) every September or October from

2017-2021. And the minimum of students registered should not be less than 60

each year.

三、参加投标的公司需具备的条件(Contractor requirements)

1) 具有独立法人资格。With independent legal qualification

2) 具有履行合同的能力，包括专业、技术资格和能力，资金；具有留学生招生、管理经验。Has the ability to fulfill the contract, including qualification, being professional, has enough capital, having experience in international students affairs.

3) 没有处于被责令停业，投标资格被取消，财产被接管、冻结，破产状态。Does not lose its legal qualifications, its license; or goes bankrupt; or have its property/ assets frozen.

4) 具有良好信誉，在近三年内没有与其他高校合作违约问题。Has good reputation, and has successfully fulfilled one’s obligations in one’s contract with any other universities or colleges within three years.

5) 法律、行政法规规定的其他资格条件。Meet other qualifications mentioned in Laws, regulations or rules.
