简介:
荆旭,男,中共党员,博士,硕导,山西农业大学食品科学与工程学院副教授,山西省白酒生物工程研究生教育创新中心副主任。长期从事食品中有害物质的残留分析研究,在Food Chemistry, Journal of Chromatography A, Spectrochimica Acta Part A, Journal of Molecular Liquids, Microchemical Journal等期刊上以第一及通讯作者发表18篇SCI论文,累积影响因子大于60,H指数为7;主持科研项目2项,参与科研项目6项;以第一发明人申请国家发明专利5项,授权1项;多次作为期刊Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry和Food Chemistry的审稿人。
