个人简介：张国平，工学博士，中国石油大学（华东）计算机与通信工程学院副教授。1992年石油大学（华东）计算机应用技术专业本科毕业，2001年中国石油大学（华东）计算机应用技术专业硕士研究生毕业。2013年中国海洋大学计算机应用技术专业博士毕业。1992年至今在中国石油大学（华东）计算机与通信工程学院从事教学与科研工作
