个人简介：专硕研究生导师。主要从事自然语言处理、计算机通信网络、深度强化学习、未来网络架构、网络虚拟化技术、资源分配优化算法等方面的研究。以主要负责人承担国家科技创新特区项目、北京市密云区重大项目、中国电子科学研究院国家实验室主任基金、山东省自然科学基金等项目。以第一作者发表SCI期刊论文8篇，以合作作者发表SCI期刊十余篇，每年招收2-3名专硕学生。现在已经和北京邮电大学、清华大学、哥伦比亚大学、香港中文大学等形成紧密的学术合作。优秀硕士有机会直接推荐去上述高校继续读博深造，协助指导研究生6人就业于腾讯、百度、微软创新工厂、滴滴、今日头条。
