1. 功能性脂质的生物合成及其分子机制:以产脂微生物为模型研究脂质合成/积累的分子机制; 重要功能性脂质如多不饱和脂肪酸 DHA、EPA、GLA 等微生物菌种的筛选及工程化;能源(生物柴油) 微生物菌种的筛选及基因改造。活性脂质代谢促进健康或预防代谢性疾病的机制;

2.药食同源植物天然活性产物的分离、提纯、鉴定,及其在食品、营养、卫生领域的应用,如食品防腐保鲜材料、食品营养功能因子;
