1982.1毕业于贵州工学院工业自动化专业,获学士学位;1987.7毕业于山东工业大学工业自动化专业,获硕士学位;2004.6山东大学信息科学与技术学院光学工程专业博士研究生毕业,获博士学位;
1987.7~,在山东大学电气工程学院从事教学和科研工作,1992年晋升为副教授,1995年晋升为教授,2004年聘为博士生导师。
