?个人简介

郭欣,女,美国德克萨斯州A&M大学(TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY)营养学博士,现为山东大学公共卫生学院副研究员。长期从事代谢,慢性炎症,肥胖病,糖尿病等代谢疾病方面的工作研究。近五年在Circulation,Journal of Biological Chemistry (JBC),PLoS ONE,Arteriosclerosis Thrombosis and Vascular Biology(ATVB),Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry,Scientific Report等杂志上正式发表SCI论文12篇,其中第一作者4篇、第三作者4篇,每篇论文的影响因子在3-17之间;同时作为Scientific Reports、PLOS One、Journal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine、Journal of Nutrition & Food Sciences、Journal of Cell Science & Therapy 五个期刊的审稿人。另外于2013年7月获美国注册营养师执照、2013年10月获德克萨斯州注册营养师执照。

2017年9月至今,山东大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学系,副研究员。
