?个人简介

杜磊,山东大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学系教师。主要从事食品营养相关研究。研究内容主要包括海洋食品来源脑苷脂以及EPA/DHA磷脂的消化吸收、对癌症及癌症恶病质的预防和改善、对代谢综合征的预防和改善、对神经细胞功能损伤的预防和修复等。近年来,先后参与“日本东和食品研究振兴会学术研究助成奖励金”、“日本-法国共同研究SAKURA项目”等科研项目7项,共发表论文20余篇。
