2003年6月于山东大学物理学院获博士学位，博士论文评为山东省优秀博士学位论文，获2005年全国百篇 优秀博士论文提名论文。2003 年7月留校工作。2004年9月至2008年6月在美国Lawrence Berkeley国家实验室作访问学者和博士后，参加了RHIC上STAR合作组的自旋物理实验研究，率先开展了对pp反应中超子极化转移的测量。 2008年7月回到山东大学工作，组建研究小组加入RHIC上的STAR合作组继续进行自旋物理的实验研究。2012年获得首届国家优秀青年科学基金，2013年被评为博士生导师。

研究方向：

主要研究领域是高能物理实验，目前参加了高能对撞机RHIC上的STAR实验，研究核子的自旋结构。目前我们是国内专门参与STAR自旋物理实验的单位。目前正在进行的工作是超子的极化及W玻色子的单自旋不对称的测量，来研究核子的自旋结构及强子化过程中的自旋效应。

本方向的研究生一般采取联合培养的方式，到美国的合作单位完成学位论文工作。

目前主持的科研项目：

1)国家优秀青年科学基金，2013.1-2015.12,国家自然科学基金委，100万元，负责人。

2）山东省杰出青年基金，2013.10-2016.10，50万元，负责人。

3)RHIC上高能pp反应中超子反超子极化的测量，2012.1-2015.12, 国家自然科学基金，56万元，负责人
