研究方向：食品安全检测和食品生物技术
1、食品及环境污染物快速检测方法研究。采用适配体、分子印迹及抗体等识别材料构建快速灵敏的检测方法，应用于食品中化学污染物（抗生素、环境雌激素等）和食源性致病菌检测。
2、新型抗菌材料（抗菌肽、纳米酶及适配体等）的开发及应用。
