个人简历 杨诚,男,1980年8月生,中共党员。2011年毕业于韩国成均馆大学纳米科学与技术专业,获得工学博士学位。2019-2020年赴美国纽约州立大学电子工程学院开展合作访学研究。本人从事新型纳米材料的制备和物理性质表征的研究,并利用低维材料制备不同的光电器件,生物传感器件和电子信息芯片,与国家纳米科学中心,南开大学,美国纽约州立大学,韩国成均馆大学等建立了广泛的合作。主持国家自然科学基金等项目多项,发表与之相关的SCI论文80多篇,其中一区论文10多篇,二区论文40多篇,申请专利10多项。
