个人简历 陈琛,男,1990年生,2012年毕业于山东师范大学物理与电子科学学院,获物理学学士学位;2018年毕业于山东大学,获得物理学博士学位。主要研究方向为离子与固体的相互作用、离子束材料改性、光波导的制备及特性表征、光波导中的非线性光学效应等。参与国家自然科学基金重点项目等研究项目4项,在Scientific Reports、Journal of Lightwave Technology、 Optics Express等国际知名期刊发表论文6篇。
