简历：
肖艳：博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。2009年6月毕业于中国海洋大学海洋化学专业，硕博连读。2007.9-2008.10国家公派到美国密歇根州韦恩州立大学进行博士联合培养。2009.6至2012.12，在中科院青岛生物能源与过程研究所山东省能源微生物遗传资源重点实验室代谢物组学团队任职助理研究员。2012.12至今，在代谢物组学团队任职副研究员。主要从事微拟球藻油脂积累的代谢分析及调控机理研究以及纤维素降解菌-热纤梭菌纤维小体构建的研究工作。目前，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、山东省博士基金1项。作为主要骨干参与了973课题、863子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中科院知识创新工程重要方向项目，中科院院地合作项目等项目共5项。在Bioresource Technology、 Journal of Medicinal Chemistry 、International Journal of Oncology、Journal of Coordination Chemistry等国际杂志发表多篇SCI收录的文章。第一和第二作者文章他引次数为64次。
