张德超，男，山东荣成人，1978年2月生，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。2007年7月中国农业大学微生物学专业博士毕业；2007年8月-2008年8月，中国海洋大学生命学院博士后；2008年9月-2011年9月，奥地利因斯布鲁克大学微生物研究所从事博士后研究；2011年10月至今在中科院海洋所工作。
发现并已公开发表55个细菌的新种并建立了7个新属，发表相关 SCI 论文65篇 ，其中第一作者SCI论文37篇。目前为 《Frontiers in Marine Science》Marine Systematics and Taxonomy 部分的Review Editor，International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology，Research in microbiology, Current microbiology 和 Antonie van Leeuwenhoek Journal of Microbiology等国际期刊的审稿人。曾获国家海洋局2006年度极地优秀科技论文三等奖和2008年度极地优秀科技论文二等奖。
