主要从事: 分析化学,食品安全与质量控制,环境污染物分析等方面的研究。目前在该领域发表SCI研究论文 40 余篇,申请国家发明专利 3 项。担任国际学术杂志《Current Nutrition & Food Science》及《Journal of Food, Nutrition and Dietetics》编委。
