1986年7月毕业于大连理工大学造船系获工学硕士学位，
1989年12月毕业于大连理工大学动力系获工学博士学位。
工作经历：
1989年12月-1993年12月任教于南京理工大学动力工程学院，历任讲师、副教授（1992）、教研室副主任兼实验室主任
1993年12月起任教于中国海洋大学工程学院，历任副教授、教授（1995年）、博士生导师（2000年）；机电系主任（1996-98）、副院长（1998-06）、常务副院长（2006-10）、校工科工作委员会副主任（常务）（2010.7- ）。
