博士及博士后期间主要从事游离核酸在非侵袭性产前诊断、移植排斥和肿瘤诊断方面的研究。近年来主要从事感染性疾病的病毒分子进化与感染免疫方面的研究。已发表SCI论文27篇,主持国家自然基金面上项目1项、上海市科委课题1项、子课题2项和上海市市卫计委课题1项。

The earlierresearch works during the PhD and postdoc were focused on the studies of cell freenucleic acids in non-invasive prenatal diagnosis, graft rejection and tumordiagnosis. In recent years, the research interests concern the moleculardiagnosis of infectious diseases. So far more than 20 papers have beenpublished in SCI. The main research works were supported by several grants including 1 from National Natural Science Foundationof China, 1 Shanghai Scienceand Technology Committee, and 1 Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health andFamily Planning.
