个人简历
2002年毕业于南开大学物理系，获理学学士学位；2007年毕业于中科院物理研究所，获凝聚态物理博士学位。之后先后在美国UniversityofNewOrleans,RiceUniversity,UniversityofUtah进行博士后研究。2011年3月加入同济大学物理系，为研究员，博士生导师。教学情况

研究方向：（1）纳米结构的设计与可控制备；
（2）介观物理与纳米器件；
（3）石墨烯与碳纳米管；
（4）半导体一维纳米材料。
