课程内容简介 随着全球化以及信息科技的高速发展,新旧产业都面临着巨大的变革,创新也变得越来越普遍和全球化这些对企业发展提出了巨大的挑战。企业必须能够开发新的市场,建立新的竞争法则,以及为新市场的开拓创造机遇。现在,创新已经不是企业发展某一阶段的活动,而是要贯穿于企业成长的全过程。课程旨在介绍公司和企业家建立起来的各种创新战略和创新管理流程,侧重于企业创新管理过程中的特点和难点。课程还就几个实业板块(如:生物科技和医药、汽车和信息技术等)创新流程的特点作深入的介绍。企业家在如何把握创新理念并将理念投入市场运作的作用也被涉及,还有关于创新及其应用管理的新兴趋势。课程将探索信息技术公开而不是保护知识产权的趋势,对于独立而又可以协同起来的要素的创新整合(市场开拓创新)和消费者在创新中的作用(以顾客为中心的创新)。 | 课程内容简介(英文) SUMMARY OF THE COURSE: With globalization and the rapid advance of information technology, rapid and disruptive change is now happening across new and old businesses. Furthermore, innovation is becoming both more accessible (democratized) and more global. This presents a challenge to developed countries and established firms, which must be able to create new markets and competition rules for tomorrow, as well as opportunities to entrepreneurs to bring new ideas to the market. Now, innovation is not any more one particular moment in the development of a company but a continuous process of growth, drawn by technological innovations (IT) and customers expectations (mass customisation, communities ..). The aim of the course is to present the various innovation strategies and management processes set up by companies and entrepreneurs, and to draw attention to the specificities and difficulties of innovation management in firms. It will also be the occasion to look further into the characteristics of innovation processes in some industrial sectors (biotechnology and health/pharmacy, automobile, IT,...). The role of entrepreneurs in seizing innovative ideas and bringing them to market will be covered, as well as important emerging trends in innovation and their implications for innovation management.
