I have designed language-based lectures courses to take the learner from understanding the basics of the language to being confident in using it in most of the situations they are likely to meet in the workplace. Once the basics have been mastered, other more specific courses-telephone skills, presentation skills, conducting meetings and negotiation skills, leadership skills and culture -provide more skills-based learning.
