课程内容简介

复杂流体存在于大量的实际应用中,其动力学过程和物理本质具有很重要的科学意义。复杂流体的宏观行为是由其介观、微观结构所控制的。本课程将包含复杂流体体系流变学的基本概念,将分别从实验和理论两个方面进行讲述。所涉及的复杂流体体系包括聚合物溶液和熔体、聚合物共混物、凝胶、悬浮体系和自组装流体等。

课程内容简介(英文)

Complex fluids abound in practical applications and are driven by fundamentally appealing dynamics and physics. Macroscopic behavior of these fluids is controlled by the structure inherent to the fluids. This course will cover the basic concepts of rheology and mechanical behavior of fluid systems. Both the experimental and theoretical aspects of rheology will be discussed. Examples will focus on several types of complex fluids including polymer solutions and melts, polymer blends, gelling systems, suspensions and self-assembling fluids.
