介绍物流与供应链管理的基本理论，以及信息技术在物流与供应链中的应用。主要内容包括物流概论、第三方物流、物流方案设计、物流营销与合同、物流监控与绩效评价、物流组织结构设计、物流发展战略；供应链管理概论、根据产品设计供应链的方法、供应链网络优化技术与软件、生产管理技术与软件、库存管理技术与软件、运输管理技术与软件。

Abstract The goal of this course is to cover not only high-level logistics and supply chain theory and concepts, but also to give students a solid understanding of the analytical tools necessary to solve logistics and supply chain problems, especially the application of information technology in logistics and supply chain. This course has two sections. Section I mainly includes concepts of logistics and the Third Party Logistics, the design of logistics solution, logistics monitoring and performance evaluating, the design of logistics organization and its strategy. Section II mainly includes concepts of supply chain management, product based supply chain design, supply chain network optimization, production management and Enterprise Resource Planning, inventory management and warehouse management system, transportation management technology and system.
