主要经历 Kathy Ling Lin is a lecturer at the Research Centre for Corpora and Intercultural Studies, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She received her Ph.D. from Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2015) and worked at the Centre for Corpus Research, Birmingham University for her postdoctoral research (2017-2018).
Her primary research focus is on grammar, genre and discourse in academic and professional contexts, using corpus and genre approaches. Kathy would welcome contacts from prospective postgraduates and collaborators in the above areas of interests.
目前承担国家社科、上海哲社及多项省级人才计划项目,欢迎有学术志向、喜欢钻研的研究生积极参与课题研究。
林铃,上海交通大学外国语学院语料库与跨文化研究中心成员,硕士生导师。2015年毕业于香港理工大学英文系,获博士学位;2017-18年于英国伯明翰大学语料库研究中心从事博士后研究。
研究与教学领域均为学术英语、语料库语言学及体裁分析。承担国家社科项目(2018) 、上海市哲社项目 (2017) 、上海市晨光****人才计划 (2016) 和上海市浦江人才计划 (2019) 等多个省部级项目。这些课题均围绕学术英语及专门用途语篇语料库及体裁分析研究展开。
曾荣获上海市外文学会首届优秀科研成果奖特等奖、香港应用语言学学会Richard Pemberton Award上海交通大学教学成果奖二等奖。研究成果发表在学术英语领域高影响因子国际旗舰刊物Journal of English for Specific Purposes, Journal of English for Academic Purposes, Iberica等。教学评价优异,课程教学与研究紧密相关、相辅相成。主要教授英语高水平学生 “学术英语写作”、巴黎高科机械、能源工程及计算机技术工程学科 “科技文献分析与写作”、优秀通识核心课 “学术英语交际”等。

教学科研 Areas of Expertise: English for Academic Purposes (EAP), corpus linguistics, genre analysis, specialized discourse study, lexical semantics, phraseology and professional communication.
Her publications have appeared in English for Specific Purposes, Journal of English for Academic Purposes, the Asian ESP Journal, and Iberica, among others. She received the Richard Pemberton Award from the Hong Kong Association of Applied Linguistics. Currently, she is the principal investigator for several projects on academic discourse analysis, respectively supported by the National Social Science Fund of China (Project no.: 18CYY054), the Philosophy and Social Science Planning Program of Shanghai (Project no.: 2017EYY007), and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Shanghai Education Development Foundation (Project no.: 15CG10).
