赖达祎博士于2017年获得普渡大学博士学位，2018年9月加入上海交通大学设计学院建筑学系，任助理教授，并于当年入选上海市晨光计划。
赖达祎博士的研究方向包括室内外空间的热环境，人员热舒适，和人员行为。赖达祎博士在国际学术期刊/会议上发表了40余篇文章，其中包括20篇SSCI/SCI文章（13篇为第一作者或通讯作者）。其中1篇第一作者的文章为ESI数据库前1%引用。赖达祎博士是Building and Environment, Energy and Buildings, Sustainable Cities and Society, International Communications in Heat and Mass Transfer, Intelligent Buildings International等国际期刊的审稿人。并担任第十一届供热通风与空调国际会议（International Symposium on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (ISHVAC)）的分会场主席。
