4、研究方向
(1)单分子(单颗粒)波动光谱与成像 发展单分子(单颗粒)波动光谱与成像新方法,与微流控芯片技术结合,研究活细胞内生物分子、药物分子的动力学以及分子间(药物分子与靶标、蛋白-蛋白)的相互作用。
(2)光学探针设计与合成:设计合成新型的纳米光学探针和荧光分子探针,发展活细胞内生物分子的标记新方法。
(3)生物分析:基于微流控芯片电泳和纳米光学探针标记技术,发展高灵敏度的分析新方法,用于疾病标志物、环境污染物分析。
