个人简介
甘小莺,副教授,2000 年7 月毕业于上海交通大学电子工程系,获学士学位。2005 年11 月毕业于上海交通大学电子工程系,获得工学博士学位和上海市优秀毕业生称号。作为核心研究人员先后参与了国家科技部、自然科学基金、工信部“新一代蜂窝移动通信系统(B3G)链路技术研究”、“数字电视地面传输标准”、“自适应LDPC编译码技术”、“无线体域网研究”、“IMT-Advanced新型无线传输技术研发”、“异构无线自组织网络的”、“移动宽带视频广播传输系统及关键技术研究”等项目;西门子公司“先进LDPC编译码技术”、“多信道无线电测量和信号处理平台”、“硬件环路仿真研究”等项目;主持北邮泛网国家重点实验室开放课题 “分布式多小区资源分配技术研究”,华为基金项目“基于状态转移的认知无线电频谱检测与分配方法”,国家高科技研究发展计划(863计划)重点项目课题《频谱感知与干扰评估新技术研究》,工信部国家重大专项《TD-LTE终端数据卡研发》以及波音公司“多标准软件无线电研究”项目。研究领域包括认知无线电系统,无线资源管理,LDPC编译码技术、无线通信系统跨层优化设计。在国内外学术期刊和会议上发表30多篇学术论文,已申请10多项发明专利,其中4项已获授权。担任多种国际知名通信会议的审稿人,如IEEE ICC,WCNC,Globecom等。2007年,获得军队科技进步三等奖“高效Turbo乘积码编译码技术研究与实现”。
