个人简介
郭旭涵:上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院特别研究员,博士生导师,2018年入选上海市“扬帆英才计划”。2009获华中科技大学学士学位, ?2014年获英国剑桥大学博士学位,2014年-2017年在剑桥大学担任博士后研究员, 2017年7月加入上海交通大学。主要研究方向为高功率超快激光器, 硅基激光器、硅基光子集成、神经光网络芯片等。目前在光学领域国际核心期刊SCI和重要国际会议EI论文30余篇, 其中第一作者/通信作者期刊论文15余篇。郭旭涵博士获得2011年OSA IPR会议最佳论文提名奖, 2012 IEEE ISLC 会议特别贡献奖, 和2012年剑桥大学St Edmund学院 SANTANDER科研奖。先后作为主要完成人参与了英国和华为合作的接入网项目, 参与了欧盟框架(FP7 EC)合作下光集成芯片合作项目EuroPIC, PARADIGM、英国自然科学基金委(EPSRC)框架下的MUSIC, UP-VLC等多个国际合作项目,目前在研主持科研项目6个。郭旭涵博士目前是 IEEE/OSA 会员,IEEE Photonics 上海分会秘书, 担任IET Optoelectronics 副主编, 作为特邀客座编辑组织了《半导体学报》关于硅基混合化合物及其器件特刊,并是多个国际会议技术委员会委员(ECOC、CLEO-Pacific Rim, GFP等)。
