个人简介
邱良丰博士于2017年6月毕业于上海交通大学电子工程系,随后留校加入“高速电子系统设计与电磁兼容研究”教育部重点实验室,作为助理研究员现职至今。主要研究方向为微波电路与器件、先进电子封装与异质集成等。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,并作为骨干参与多项国家重点研发计划课题、重大专项子课题、国家自然科学基金、装备预研等重点重大课题。已发表学术论文15篇,其中IEEE期刊论文5篇,SCI期刊论文7篇,软件著作权6项。担任IEEE T-MTT等多种国际学术期刊审稿人。
