个人简介
2005年和2007年获清华大学学士学位和硕士学位,2013年获美国Rice University博士学位。2014年1月到2014年6月在Rice University做博士后研究,2014年8月加入上海交通大学。研究方向为硅基光电子器件和石墨烯光学,目前发表第一作者/通信作者论文25篇,包括一篇Nano Letters (IF=12.712),论文被SCI他引556次。
