个人简介
2011年毕业于吉林大学,获得学士学位;2017年毕业于上海交通大学,获得博士学位,导师郭小军教授。2017.12-2020.6年任上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院思政教师,期间继续从事研究工作(“双肩挑”)。2020.6年加入上海交通大学电子工程系专职科研队伍,任讲师。2014-2015及2019-2020在香港理工大学Feng Yan教授课题组从事研究工作。
目前已发表论文40余篇,其中第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文10篇,EI论文1篇,包括IEEE Electron Device Letters和Advanced Electronic Materials等国际主流学术期刊。参加国际学术会议并陈述口头报告3次。授权中国专利9项,美国专利2项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,上海市科委基金子课题1项。

研究方向
可印刷有机薄膜晶体管工艺及电性调控;低压晶体管型生物化学传感器;现场快速检测芯片及应用
