个人简介
唐旻博士于2007年9月毕业于上海交通大学电子工程系,随后留校工作至今。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,主持其他科研项目20余项,参与国家重大基础研究计划973子课题项目、国家自然科学基金创新研究群体科学研究项目以及多个重点项目。在IEEE Trans. MTT、AP、CPMT、EMC等国内外权威刊物和学术会议上发表SCI/EI检索论文共100余篇,出版学术专著1部,登记软件著作权10项,授权发明专利3项。
研究领域
高速集成电路信号/电源完整性分析、系统级封装的多物理场建模和优化设计。
