3. 切削有限元仿真与分析(Numerical modeling and FE analysis of machining operations)
My research interests concern the machining of fibrous composites utilizing both experimental and numerical methodologies, and multi-scale machining of functional surfaces for dental dentures. The specific research fields include but are not limited to:
1. Multi-scale analysis of machining fibrous composites in relation to subsurface imperfections using both experimental and numerical methodologies;
2. Investigations addressing the mechanisms of heat transfer and issues of heat-induced damage for fibrous composites subjected to mechanical machining;
3. Constitutive modeling of composite materials introducing the thermo-mechanical coupling effects of machining;
4. Studies concerning the micro-machining of functional topological surfaces for dentures and the development of specialized tools and fabrication processes.
