个人简介

刘当波，男，1977年3月生，现为上海交通大学物理系副教授，上海市物理学会会员，上海市天文学会会员。2006年毕业于上海交通大学物理系，获理论物理专业博士学位。2006年12月进入上海交通大学工作。现从事高能天体物理和天体辐射理论的研究，已发表学术论文30多篇，其中SCI论文近20篇，多数发表在天文三大专业期刊ApJ,MNRAS,A&A上，研究领域涉及伽玛暴，致密星和黑洞，类星体与活动星系核.天体物理辐射理论是我们小组最熟悉的工作领域。我的博士学位论文“新辐射机制在高能天体物理子中的理论与应用研究”获得2008年上海市优秀博士学位论文和2009年全国优秀博士论文提名奖。近年来，我和合作者主要从事以下三方面的工作：(1).伽玛射线暴的辐射性质研究。传统辐射机制在解释伽玛暴的早期伽玛射线辐射时遇到很多困难和疑惑，例如：天然折断幂律谱的形成，Amati关系，以及‘死线问题’等。说明有新的辐射机制在其中运作，计划用共振的逆康普顿散射机制来研究伽玛暴的早期辐射。(2).类星体的宽发射线的研究。类星体中观测到很多宽的发射线，性质很奇特，如陡的巴尔末减缩，不同氢线间的微小红移差，以及“问题”等。这些奇特性质都是传统机制无法解决的，是长期困扰天文学家的难题。我们试图用切仑科夫机制来解释这些奇异性质。(3).极高能伽玛射线(TeV)和宇宙射线谱的吸收特征的研究。
