个人简介

1997年于上海交通大学土木工程系获工学学士；2000年获上海交通大学结构工程工学硕士；2005年获英国利兹大学结构工程博士。是英国结构工程师协会注册会员，英国混凝土协会注册会员，英国注册工程师。2000年在香港理工大学土木工程系任助理研究员；2003年至2005年在英国门窗幕墙技术中心（CWCT）任结构工程师;2005年起在伯明翰大学土木工程系任讲师，2011年起担任结构学科带头人和土木工程硕士点负责人；2008年起任中国建材院客座教授；2012年起任上海交通大学研究员。2012年入选中组部“****”青年项目。现为多个国际协会（ACI,IIFC，IABSE，SocietyofGlassTechnology，UKSIPs）会员；混凝土协会英格兰中部分会委员会成员；结构工程师协会英格兰中部分会委员会委员；IABSE玻璃结构工作组成员;国际玻璃组织技术委员会ICG/TG06通讯成员;及10来个国际学术期刊常规审稿人。多年从事结构工程领域的研究，尤其是在结构加固修补，新型绿色结构材料及结构系统的研究和应用，低碳标准化建筑的开发和研究，再生结构材料，以及新型数值分析在结构工程中的运用等进行了大量的研究。至今已独立主持了10多项纵向项目和10多项横向项目。研究成果连续两年或英国结构工程师协会英格兰中部分会年度大奖。在国外杂志发表近30篇SCI论文，20多篇国际会议论文，4篇国内核心期刊论文，近20篇研究报告，一个幕墙设计软件。
