  常江:中科院上海硅酸盐研究所研究员,博士。
  1991年德国达姆施达特技术大学获博士学位,1991年至1999年先后在德国卢卑克医科大学博士后,新西兰奥克兰大学研究员,美国纽约大学受研究助理教授,美国强生公司损伤修复技术中心研究员。2000年12月至今中国科学院上海硅酸盐所研究员。
  国际生物材料学会联合会会士(Fellow),英国皇家化学会会士(Fellow),美国医学与生物工程院会士(Fellow),国际可注射骨和关节生物材料学会副主席,国家自然基金委医学部第三/四届专家咨询委员会委员,中国生物材料学会常务理事。全国外科植入物和矫形器械标准化技术委员会组织工程医疗器械产品分技委委员。国际学术期刊“材料化学B”(Journal of Materials Chemistry B)副主编, Biomaterials编委。
  研究领域:组织再生与损伤修复材料(包括硬组织和多种软组织如骨、牙、皮肤、软骨、肌腱、血管、神经、心肌、脂肪、肝脏、肺等),抗菌生物材料,药物缓释材料,以及生物材料与细胞的相互作用(包括对干细胞以及免疫细胞的调控)。主持和完成20多项国家和省部级科研项目,包括中科院“**计划”,国家“973”项目,科技部重点研发计划项目,国家自然基金委重大、重点项目,上海市重大项目,中科院A类先导专项,中科院重要方向性项目,国家自然基金委、中科院、上海市国际合作项目等。
  在国际学术期刊,包括领域内重要期刊,Materials Today, Advanced Materials, Science Advances, Advanced Functional Materials, Advanced Science, Biomaterials, NanoLetters, Small等发表学术文论400余篇,他引18000余次,英文专著章节11篇,主编英文专著2部,申请国家发明专利91项,国际PCT专利3项,其中55余项已经获得授权。曾获新西兰华人杰出贡献奖(1996年),上海市科技进步二等奖(2006年),第一届长宁区领军人才(2007年),全国归侨侨眷先进个人(2009年),第四届中国侨界贡献奖(创新人才)(2012),中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师奖(2012年),第六届中国侨界贡献奖(创新团队)(2016),中国生物材料学会科学技术一等奖(2019)。
