研究工作生物信息课题组负责植生生态所的生物信息学平台建设。生物信息组研究工作主要包括如下方向:
(1)高通量组学数据整合及Meta分析的算法研究
(2)模式动植物的功能基因组分析和系统进化研究
(3)生物系统的基因调控网络及小分子扰动的建模分析
(4)蛋白质三级结构建模和分子动态模拟
