研究方向昆虫病理学;真菌分子生物学
研究工作1.组学研究:测定金龟子绿僵菌、蝗绿僵菌、蛹虫草及冬虫夏草基因组,并进行高通量转录组研究,揭示昆虫真菌侵染的基因对策;2.昆虫病原真菌致病基因功能研究:主要以金龟子绿僵菌和球孢子白僵菌为对象,克隆、鉴定并分析虫生真菌在昆虫体表入侵及体内定殖阶段涉及附着胞形成、体壁穿透及抵抗昆虫宿主免疫相关的基因种类及功能;3.真菌-昆虫相互作用的分子机制:以激光微切割、高通量测序及基因芯片等技术研究虫生真菌与模式昆虫(家蚕或果蝇)相互作用时病原-宿主的基因表达特征,探索潜在的基因-基因作用模式;4丝状真菌菌种退化、衰老的分子机理:结合以模式丝状真菌构巢曲霉为对象,从转录组、蛋白组及基因功能研究等水平分析虫生真菌角变化、产孢或虫草子实体产生能力下降或丧失的分子机理;5.虫草菌发育生物学及活性成份代谢途径:以蛹虫草为对象研究子实体发育的分子调控机理及活性成份代谢合成途径等。
