研究方向微生物元基因组与生物能源技术
研究工作能源是国民经济和人类文明发展的基本保障,但作为主要能源的煤炭、石油、天然气等化石燃料的贮量却在急剧减少。为此,如何将可再生资源转化为可利用的能源,正在成为当今世界最热门的高科技研究领域之一。在可再生资源能源化的不同途径中,微生物起着举足轻重的作用。本课题组的研究目标集中于废弃生物质能源化技术方法的研发及重要微生物基因资源的挖掘,主要研究方向包括:(1)生物产氢机理的研究及产氢微生物的遗传改造;(2)利用元基因组筛选技术挖掘重要生物元件(调控元件或催化元件);(3)真菌纤维素酶合成调控机制的研究;(4)高效纤维素酶系的设计与重构。

个人简介1988年和1993年于中南林业学院分别获学士与硕士学位,2000年于日本东京大学获得博士学位,其后在日本学术振兴会和日本科技厅的资助下于东京大学完成了博士后研究工作(外国人研究员),2004年12月受聘于上海生命科学院植物生理生态研究所,2005年入选中科院百人计划,同年入选上海市浦江人才计划。长期从事微生物分子生态学及种群遗传学的研究,熟习各种DNA分子标记的设计与分析。目前在微生物系统元基因组、纤维素酶基因资源的开发利用及生物制氢技术等方面开展研究工作。
