研究方向神经信号转导研究
研究工作神经信号转导在神经活动调节中起重要的作用,G蛋白和蛋白激酶级联反应是信号转导的关键。目前正在进行的研究项目包括中枢神经系统中主要的兴奋性神经递质,谷氨酸激活抑制性G蛋白(Gi)的机制及结果,PI3和MAP激酶级联反应在预防或诱导神经调亡过程中潜在作用的研究。借助于分子生物学、细胞生物学和生物化学多种方法,在原代神经元培养、细胞系和动物模型进行多层次的研究

个人简介1982年毕业于中国医科大学医疗系,
1991年在加拿大拉瓦尔大学获得博士学位,
1991-1994年分别在法国尼斯和美国凯斯西北大学做博士后。
以后分别在加拿大国家研究院(1994-1999)
美国托马斯杰弗逊大学(1999-2001)供职。
2001年应聘至中科院神经科学研究所担任研究组长。
