生情况共培养了20多位博士生和30多位硕士生。
个人简介血液细胞和分子遗传学专家。浙江鄞县人。中国工程院院士,发展中国家科学院院士,上海交通大学医学院教授、博士生导师,上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院终身教授。1975年毕业于上海交通大学医学院(原上海第二医科大学),1981年获医学硕士学位,1989年获法国巴黎第七大学科学博士。现任中国科协副主席,上海血液学研究所研究员、所长,医学基因组学国家重点实验室主任,十届、十一届全国人大代表。
陈赛娟教授领导和参与领导的团队在白血病的发病机制和靶向治疗研究方面取得了突出的成绩,形成了白血病基础和临床紧密结合的转化型研究的特色和体系,使急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)的5年无病生存率达到90%,成为第一个可治愈的急性髓系白血病。她在国际上首先提出了Ph染色体阳性急性白血病BCR-ABL基因重排的工作模型。首次发现了APL中变异染色体易位t(11;17),证明了该易位导致的PLZF-RARa融合基因的致白血病作用。揭示了一组NUP98相关白血病的发病机制。丰富了白血病多步骤发病原理。她领导和参与领导的团队在国际杂志发表论文200多篇,总引证数达15000余次。获得包括国家自然科学二等奖在内的国家和省部级科技奖10余项。
