研究方向肿瘤转移分子机制
研究工作利用交叉学科的研究方法,结合生物信息学,分子生物学,动物模型及临床分析研究肿瘤转移的分子机制,寻找癌症预后诊断的标记和肿瘤治疗的新靶点。目前研究重点为:1)肿瘤转移动物异种移植的建立;2)肿瘤转移功能基因和分子标记物的研究;3)肿瘤转移基因的表观调控;4)乳腺癌转移的分子调控网络。
