研究方向免疫相关性疾病调节机制及治疗新策略
研究工作从事医学、生物学研究工作20多年。擅长免疫学、肿瘤学、干细胞和血液学等方面的工作,具有跨学科的优势和综合交叉科研特色。
①首次成功于体外用胚胎肝造血干细胞诱导分化了DC,并分析了胚胎时期诱导DC分化所需的特殊条件;并首次发现胚胎时期DC和NK细胞分化途径和可逆性转变及其关键调控因子(Blood.2000,95:138)。②病理性细胞的趋化因子受体表达可调控细胞迁移,并与疾病发生发展及转归密切相关(CancerLetters.2007,253:34)。③首先发现趋化因子MIP-1α和MIP-3α可直接招募大量DC前体细胞,建立了募集DC进行细胞生物学治疗的新途径,同时也开拓了趋化因子研究和应用的新领域(JournaloftheNationalCancerInstitute.2004,96:201;JournalofLeukocyteBiology.2008,84:1549)。④针对免疫代谢调控酶在疾病中作用机制研究,首次发现,IDO/TTS制约关系及免疫平衡失调是致病性效应T细胞增殖和持续存在,并造成机体损伤的重要病理机制。这为调控IDO/TTS作为新的干预手段提供了理论依据(JournalofImmunology.2006,177:8226)。⑤最新研究发现,骨髓干细胞移植后的GVHD病程发展与异体反应T细胞表达的趋化因子受体CXCR3作用密切相关,而后者上调及持续表达又受到来源于DC的调控和诱导,提示抑制和调控DC及趋化因子受体,可成为GVHD新的治疗途径(JournalofImmunology.2008,181:7581)。
