研究方向研究与营养失调和代谢疾病相关的基因表达调控机制
研究工作1)系统研究营养与代谢过程中关键转录因子,特别是核受体(比如TR,PPAR,LXR,FXR,PXR,CAR)的生理功能和动态调控网络;2)鉴定并研究核受体复合物的组成、相互作用、动态变化和效应机制,发现新机制和新规律,特别是翻译后调控机制;3)寻找导致营养失调和代谢疾病的关键调控点及重要蛋白因子和重要信号途径,为肥胖,糖尿病,脂肪肝和高血脂等疾病的预防和治疗提供理论指导和诊断治疗靶分子;4)深入研究非编码RNA在营养与代谢过程中表达调控机制、功能和作用机制;5)研究内分泌干扰因子的危害和作用机制(包括结合核受体从而直接影响转录,影响辅助因子表达,通过影响蛋白修饰功能来影响核受体活性),建立更有效的筛选方法。
