研究方向磷脂代谢与心血管疾病
研究工作花生四烯酸及其代谢产物前列腺素等生物活性脂质是炎症重要介质,参与血压调节,出凝血,心肌缺血等多种心血管功能生理和病理过程。非激素类消炎药(NSAIDs)阿司匹林,西乐葆等抑制环氧合酶阻断前列腺素合成,近来研究发现2类新型环氧合酶(COX-2)阻断药罗非昔布,西乐葆能引起增加心脏病发作,中风风险。本实验室主要是运用转基因小鼠模型研究前列腺素及其受体在血压调节和相关心血管疾病,衰老,糖尿病发生发展中的作用,希望为临床镇痛消炎药提供理论指导,最终寻找潜在的治疗药靶。

个人简介余鹰博士1995年毕业于南昌大学医学院临床医疗系,1998年于南昌大学医学院获得硕士学位(肿瘤免疫专业),2001年于中南大学湘雅医学院肿瘤研究所获得博士学位。2002到2006年分别在宾西法尼亚大学药理系和转化医学与治疗研究所博士后和ResearchAssociate,2008年担任转化医学与治疗研究所心血管疾病模型中心主任,2009年在宾西法尼亚大学药理系提升为研究助理教授,同年底受聘于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所担任研究员和研究组长。
