一、培养目标
本专业培养学生具有扎实的数学基础,能从事其相应学科的理论分析及算法研究等方面工作的高层次专业人才。系统分析与集成专业由于是交叉性学科,本专业点侧重于研究复杂系统行为,学生在读期间将学习非线性动力系统、信息论、运筹控制、耗散结构理论、协同论、分叉混沌以及随机理论等基础理论课以及计算机应用方面的课程、生物学和经济学。因此,要求硕士生都在计算机应用上达到相应水平,且在硕士论文中,表现出一定的创新性。
二、学习年限
1.硕士研究生的学习年限为三年。
2.在职硕士研究生的学习年限可延长到三年半或四年。

1.系统的动力学行为分析
2.系统的数值模拟与计算
3.金融系统中的随机方法
4.非线性系统中的统筹、优化和控制
5.随机流系统与风险理论及应用
6.图论及其应用

五、论文工作
1.在修满规定学分以后,可申请进入论文课题研究,但在开题报告前应递交与专业相关的综述报告。
2.开题报告一般在第二学年第一学期进行,选题应根据专业特点,着重选择对于科学研究和经济建设有应用价值的课题。课题要具有先进性,课题份量和难易程度要适当,并尽量结合国家、部委和上海市的科研任务选题。开题报告应在3000字以上,包括发展现状,选题意义,研究内容,进度安排以及预期成果等。
3.开题报告应组织3名以上高级职称教师进行评审,为公开性报告。
4.在论文阶段的中期,进行阶段检查和中期考核,若离进度要求偏离较大者,应采取相应措施。
5.在完成论文并经2名高级职称教师双盲评审通过后,组织校内外专家评审答辩。论文答辩通过,并至少在国外重要期刊或国内核心期刊上发表与学位论文有关的学术论文一篇后才可申请硕士学位。
注:本条款即论文工作要求将参照学校最新规定实行。

Cultivation Plan for Master’s Degree of System Analysis and Integration
 
1. Cultivation aim
The main aim of this major is to train graduate students who have strong mathematics basis, ability of studying analytically and numerically the related subjects. This major, as a cross subject, is mainly focused on investigating the behavior of the complicated systems. Therefore, during their studies, graduate students shall take many courses, such as systems science, nonlinear dynamical systems, information theory, operational research and control theory, bifurcation and chaos, stochastic theory, computer and applications, biology, and economics, etc. Moreover, reaching a certain level in computer as well as innovation in the master’s thesis are required for obtaining the Master’s Degree.
 
2. Duration of the program
The program is scheduled for 3 years for full-time students, and can be extended to 3 and a half years or 4 years for in-service students.

5. Theses
5.1. Upon the completion of the credit points, the graduates can apply for thesis-related research, but a comprehensive report pertaing to the speciality should precede the preliminary conference.
5.2. The preliminary conference takes place in the first term of the second academic year. The theme, based on the speciality, should evolve around the scientific research and economic construction. The research work should be up-to-date with adequate workload and attainable target in light of various levels of scientific undertakings of the state, the ministry and Shanghai Municipality. The preliminary report (3000 words at least) should encompass the prevailing situation, the impact of the theme, the specific content, time-table and the expected results, etc.
5.3. The preliminary report is to be assessed by at least three teachers with senior academic titles on an open basis.
5.4. Stage check-up is conducted mid-way through the thesis. Appropriate measures are taken to rectify those with great deviations.
5.5. The thesis, after being examined and approved on the dual-sampling appraisal by two professors, will be further assessed by experts from both in and outside the university. In addition, a published article in key foreign journel or national core journel is prerequisite to the acquisition of the master's degree.
Such an article is subject to alterations as occasion requires.
