王有基,男,博士,博士生导师,上海市********,浦江人才计划获得者,上海高峰学科建设计划水产学科科研骨干,上海海洋大学海燕****,生理学科学术骨干。2014年获得首届CSC-DAAD博士后****资助计划,在世界著名海洋研究机构Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research (AWI合作导师Hans-Otto Pörtner)从事全球变化和海洋酸化的生理生态学研究,长期致力于贝类的生态生理研究,已发表SCI论文80多篇,以第一作者或通讯作者发表65篇,发表论文总引用率超1500(Google Scholar Citations)H指数22RG分数36(ResearchGate)。论文发表于Journal of Hazardous Materials (IF=7.65)、Science of the Total Environment (IF=5.589)、Chemosphere (IF=5.089)、Aquatic Toxicology (IF=3.794) 、Fish and Shellfish Immunology (IF=3.298)等获得同行广泛认可的JCR一区国际期刊上。已经指导4名研究生获得国家奖学金,1名博士生国家奖学金,CSC公派德国博士生1名,德国DFG全额奖学金资助博士生1名,CSC公派德国博士后1名。目前主要从事贝类养殖及生态生理学研究,聚焦复合环境胁迫下贝类的生理应答和适应性。研究涉及微塑料,有害藻类,缺氧,酸化,高温等复合环境胁迫下贝类的响应和适应机制。在海洋生理生态、缺氧、海洋酸化和升温下贝类的环境适应性及其调控机制等领域具有一定影响。
